To make the most of your international study abroad opportunities, here are seven ways to make your next summer study abroad internship work: 1.
Apply to a summer study internship at a university or university-affiliated college or university research lab.
Students can apply to summer study internships at up to 50 universities across Europe, Asia, the US and Canada, as well as some of the UK’s top universities.
The deadline for applications is March 1.
Get a work visa from the UK, the USA or Canada.
Students are also able to apply for work visas at up, 10 and 25% of their tuition fees.
Students who have secured a UK work visa are entitled to a work permit, which can be used for travel to the UK. 3.
Start planning your summer internship.
The first week of the summer internship can be very busy.
You’ll need to get an interview and set up your schedule.
The university you apply to must allow you to work there.
Apply for a UK university study abroad study visa, which is valid for up to 12 months and valid for all students at the time of application.
The UK offers study visas for UK nationals aged between 16 and 24.
Students must also apply for a study visa to study in the UK if they plan to study overseas for a longer period of time.
Apply and pay your university tuition fee in full.
The tuition fee is normally around £6,500 ($9,100), and students are expected to cover the difference between the university fees and their tuition fee.
Prepare for the trip.
It’s a good idea to take a couple of days off work and take a holiday.
For students studying at UK universities, the trip can be as short as two weeks or as long as five months.
Apply online for an internship at an international university or research lab and send in your application.
A university may also apply directly to you for a student study visa.
If you’re interested in a UK study visa for your summer study overseas, you’ll need the following documents: a work/study visa from a UK-based employer, and proof that you’ll be working in the country for a certain period of at least 12 months.
Universities must allow students to work at their campuses in their country for up, 30 and 60 months.
If your visa is from an EU country, you may need to obtain permission from your employer to work in the EU.
