Ndss study abroad study in Japan to be conducted in 2017.
According to a recent press release from NDSU, Ndts study abroad is expected to be the first of its kind.
The university has confirmed that its first study abroad will take place in Japan this spring.
Ndsu is the only institution in the world with a large Japanese undergraduate student population.
About 40,000 students currently live and study in Tokyo and other Japanese cities.
The university is located in Osaka, a city known for its hot weather and a large expat community.
In order to make the move, NDSSU will need to convince the Japanese government that it will be beneficial to Japan as a whole, according to a spokesperson.
It is expected that NDSSS study abroad program will be funded by the Japan Education and Science Association (JESA), which provides scholarships to international students.
“We want to support and develop students in Japan, so we need the support of the Japanese people,” the spokesperson told Politico.
The government is looking forward to having a student from Nds study abroad in Japan.”
